Self-Catered Accommodation - Information

General Information:

Occupancy
The total number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds indicated for that property in the accommodation details and the total number of people occupying the property must not exceed that stated on the booking form. If the conduct of any member of the party is prejudicial to the well-being either of other residents or the property itself, then we may repossess the property without notice. Guests should not smoke in the accommodation & we regret that unless otherwise specified, we do not take pets.

Arrival, Departure, Cleaning & Cleanliness
For weekly bookings, most properties changeover on a Saturday or Sunday. When you book your holiday, we will provide directions and key collection instructions with your holiday confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in your holiday confirmation, you are welcome to arrive at your property from 4.00pm on the start date and must vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure. You are responsible for everyday cleaning and must the leave the property clean and tidy.

On departure our team will then go to the apartment and change the linen, make the beds, dust, clean windows where necessary, clean bathroom & toilets and hoover and mop throughout. In the kitchen they check the fridge, microwave and oven to make sure they have been left clean. This is INCLUDED in your holiday cost. Any extra cleaning i.e. of oven will be charged from your deposit.

Breakage and Damages
Please report any breakages and damage to our office who can advise where items can be found to replace or advise of cost.

Problems and Emergenices during your stay
Snow and Trek Ltd make every effort to ensure that all facilities are functioning in the apartments at all times.

In case of a plumbing, electrical or heating emergency please contact the office as soon as possible. If you arrive to find that something is not working please inform the office and they will endeavour to rectify the problem a.s.a.p. Please be aware that you are in a small mountain village where most tradesmen work 9-12am then 3-7pm and are not always available at a weekend or at short notice.
