Self-Catered - What's Included & Additional Services

Included in your self-catered holiday rental price:

Use of the apartment for the period booked from 4pm on your day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure*
Linen and bathtowels for the number of persons on booking form
Utilites (electricity, gas and water)
Services of resort office – for times please see details in the apartment

* Where possible we attempt to let you into the apartment as soon as you arrive in resort if only to leave luggage.

Additional Services (all below can be pre-booked either with our office or directly with the supplier):

Transport to/from resort - Transfers to/from Geneva airport at competitive rates
Ski Hire - 20% reduction for our clients who book on-line. Delivery service included.
Ski Pass - pre-book on-line and passes are ready for you in your property on arrival.
Ski Lessons - if you have any questions about this please contact our office who can help.
In house catering - meals delivered or cooked in your property.
Fully catered service - if you would like housekeeping as well as meals please contact our office for a quote
Insurance
End of stay clean - we ask that the properties are left as near as you found it. If you would like us to do your end of stay clean please contact the office.
