Arrival - If you are on one of our airport transfers we prioritise getting you into the property on your arrival even if just to drop your luggage.

Departure – If you have booked one of our transfers and you have a late flight we will collect your luggage to store at our office in the center of Morzine. You can come to our office to change and the transfer will pick you up there.

Most properties have private or allocated parking and some have covered or underground garages. Please be aware that those with garages may have height restrictions*.

We provide a basic welcome pack which includes, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, cloths, and wine !

We do not provide toiletries. Hand soap will be in the properties.

Most properties have SMART TV’s so you can access online channels such as Netflix, Prime etc
